Description

Dizziness or lightheadedness is a common yet often under-recognized clinical manifestation of anemia. Routine hemoglobin assessment facilitates early diagnosis and enables timely nutritional and therapeutic intervention.

This World Anemia Awareness Week, HCPs are encouraged to proactively evaluate patients presenting with dizziness, fatigue, or reduced exercise tolerance. Targeted counseling on iron sufficiency, appropriate dietary intake, and treatment adherence plays a critical role in improving recovery and long-term outcomes.

Early recognition of symptoms and prompt intervention help optimize clinical outcomes and reduce the risk of complications.
