The table presented in a previous paper was updated, taken into account the clinical situations, as well as the emergency response capabilities of the medical laboratory. The article introduces Blake Spears and Lanz Owens, who are in a gay male open relationship for 32 years. The article focuses on their interest in conducting a survey about how couples think about being in an open relationship. The article describes how the researches would like to conduct the survey. The author believes that their project deserves the support of the community as it may help with filling in the knowledge gaps, dismiss misconceptions in this issue, and to help end the limitations against open discussions of this issue.
